TAMPA, FL-CB Richard Ellis has completed three leases totaling 26,371 square feet at the office park called the Colonial Concourse Center.
Infor Global Solutions has leased 15,240 square feet at Colonial Concourse Center I located at 3501 East Frontage Rd. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the deal.
