FORT WORTH-TA Associates has acquired two industrial properties totaling 376,937square feet from Invesco Real Estate.

FORT WORTH- TA Associates has acquired two industrial properties totaling 376,937 square feet from Invesco Real Estate. The properties are located at 5301 Alliance Gateway in North Fort Worth and at 9001-9015 Sterling St. in Irving.

In the deal, Josh McArtor and Jack Fraker of CB Richard Ellis represented both the buyer and the seller. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
