ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Ramp Logistics has inked a three-year leaseagreement with Costa Mesa-based Burke Real Estate Group Inc. for anindustrial space measuring 41,000 square feet at 14520 Delta Lanein Huntington Beach. The company, which has leased the space for$750,000, will share the 185,000-square-foot building with twoother firms.
