SAN DIEGO-Bridgepoint Education Inc. has inked a build-to-suit lease with Sunroad Enterprises to occupy space in a yet-to-be-construct eight-story building, Sunroad Centrum II. The firm is planning to lease 193,000 square feet at the building.
The building is situated next to its Sunroad Centrum headquarters, and the new space will be used for its operations in San Diego. Bridgepoint Education will occupy the building in 2012. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
