SAN DIEGO-Bridgepoint Education Inc. has inked a build-to-suitlease with Sunroad Enterprises to occupy space in ayet-to-be-construct eight-story building, Sunroad Centrum II. Thefirm is planning to lease 193,000 square feet at the building.
