NEW YORK CITY-Cooper Square Realty has leased 66,000 square feet at 622 Third Avenue. The firm has signed the lease deal with Charles Cohen for 11 years. The company will occupy the entire 14th, 15th and part of the 16th floors in the 39-story, 1 million-square-foot building.
