NEW YORK CITY-Jersey-based Cupcake Stop has inked a lease deal with Thomas M. Graham & Co. for 450 square feet at 70 Greenwich Avenue. The company has leased the store for five years.
The asking rent for the space was $120 per square foot. Ryan Abramow from JDF Realty Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
