BOSTON-Developer John Rosenthal is breaking ground with his plan to construct a solar-powered locality near Fenway Park. The Fenway Center is a five-building complex situated between Beacon Street and Brookline Avenue.

Rosenthal won city approval in 2009 for the project. He is planning to start the construction work by 2012. The first building would have a 700-car parking garage. Two seven-story apartment buildings and a 10-story office building are also included in the project. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
