NOBLESVILLE, IN-Developers who are planning to construct aretail shopping mall on the northwest corner of 146th and PromiseRoad will declare their case to the Plan Commission tonight at CityHall. Reynolds Farms is looking to rezone the 35-acre property fromoffice to a supermarket-anchored mall.
