NEW YORK CITY-Legal firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP has leased 70,476 square feet at CBS Broadcasting's Black Rock tower located at 51 W. 52nd Street to house its office. The direct lease at the 908,000-square-foot tower runs for 15 years, and the company will move to the eighth, ninth and tenth floors of the building.
