NEW YORK CITY-Legal firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP has leased70,476 square feet at CBS Broadcasting's Black Rock tower locatedat 51 W. 52nd Street to house its office. The direct lease at the908,000-square-foot tower runs for 15 years, and the company willmove to the eighth, ninth and tenth floors of the building.
