NEW YORK CITY-L&L Holding has signed new leases for 145,000 square feet at 600 Third Avenue. Altegrity has leased 42,764 square feet, HQ Global Workplaces has inked a lease for 21,382 square feet and Loral Space & Communications has leased 13,129 square feet in the building.
Cushman & Wakefield, Richard Rosenhaus LLC and Colliers International represented Altegrity, HQ Global Workplaces and Loral Space, respectively, in the transaction, and the landlord had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
