TAMPA, FL-NAI Tampa Bay has negotiated the sale of Hickory Pointe Apartments, a 160-unit apartment complex, located at 5013 East Sligh Ave. in Tampa. A local investment group has purchased the apartment building for an amount of $3,200,000 or about $20,000 per unit.
