NEW YORK CITY-The townhouse and condominium development is taking shape at 197 Berry St. in Williamsburg. The project, once completed, will have two apartment buildings, one on Berry Street and the other on Bedford Avenue.
The development will include 72 units and 12 townhouses at North Third Street situated between Bedford Avenue and Berry Street. Currently, only the apartment houses are coming up.
