NEW YORK CITY-Arhaus Furniture, an upscale retailer, has leased32,000 square feet at 15 Little W. 12th Street for 10 years. Thelease covers 16,000 square feet on the second floor, 8,700 squarefeet in the ground floor and a 7,000-square-foot storagebasement.

The asking rent for the ground floor space was $300 per squarefoot. Taconic Investment Partners and Square Mile CapitalManagement are the joint owners of the building. Mason Retail Groupnegotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. For the fullstory, go to Crain's New YorkBusiness.
