NEW YORK CITY-Arhaus Furniture, an upscale retailer, has leased 32,000 square feet at 15 Little W. 12th Street for 10 years. The lease covers 16,000 square feet on the second floor, 8,700 square feet in the ground floor and a 7,000-square-foot storage basement.

The asking rent for the ground floor space was $300 per square foot. Taconic Investment Partners and Square Mile Capital Management are the joint owners of the building. Mason Retail Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
