NEW YORK CITY-Boston Properties has signed the first lease agreement for 510 Madison Ave. Senator Investment Group, which is currently situated at 1330 Sixth Ave., has agreed to lease the full 28th floor.
Boston Properties bought the 350,000-square-foot office tower located in Plaza District for $275 million in September. Asking rents in the building are above $100 per square foot. CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Paul Amrich represented the landlord, while Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s Jason Lund represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
