CHICAGO-CEVA Group PLC, a Netherlands-based logistics company, has leased 231,700 square feet in a 439,350-square-foot building, the AMB Compass Distribution Center at 855 N. Wood Dale Road in Wood Dale. The owner of the building was San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp.
AMB has signed a lease termination deal with Eden Prairie, MN-based Supervalu Inc., the previous tenant of the building, in order to lease the building to the new tenant. The remaining space in the building is vacant. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
