CHICAGO-CEVA Group PLC, a Netherlands-based logistics company,has leased 231,700 square feet in a 439,350-square-foot building,the AMB Compass Distribution Center at 855 N. Wood Dale Road inWood Dale. The owner of the building was San Francisco-based AMBProperty Corp.
