NEW YORK CITY-The Glazier Group Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Peter and Penny Glazier, the co-owners of the company, said that the bankruptcy filing in U.S. Southern District Court would not affect the firm's catering venues or restaurants.
The Glazier Group owns six Strip House restaurants and Michael Jordan's The Steakhouse NYC in Grand Central Terminal. As per the filing, the firm has to pay $5.8 million to General Electric Capital Corp. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
