NEW YORK CITY-Harry Winston has increased the size of its headquarters in Pearson Building at 1330 Sixth Ave. The company, which has been occupying space in the building since 2004, has bought another 10,400 square feet and renewed its lease deal for 10,400 square feet for five years.
The firm will occupy the full 33rd and 34th floors in the 40-story, Class A building. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Otera Capital, the landlord, and Cassidy Turley represented the tenant in the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
