CARROLLWOOD, FL-Main Street Cinemas and RMC Property Group have completed a lease deal that will bring a family oriented theater in Carrollwood. Main Street Cinemas will occupy 20,500 square feet at Main Street Shopping Center situated on North Dale Mabry in Carrollwood.
The theater will have luxury seating and eight screens. RMC leases as well as manages a portfolio of 50 properties measuring 4.2 million square feet. The portfolio includes residential, office, retail, storage and mixed-use facilities. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
