NEW YORK CITY-Several people who have agreed to buy apartmentsin Sky View Parc, a condominium and shopping center development inQueens, filed a case against developers to return their deposits.The suit, which was filed in the Brooklyn federal court, couldtwist the marketing efforts of the development.

The developers, Muss Development and Onex Real Estate Partners,have planned to include about 1,100 flats in six towers. The suitwas filed by 67 would-be buyers. For the full story, go toWall Street Journal.
