NEW YORK CITY-Several people who have agreed to buy apartments in Sky View Parc, a condominium and shopping center development in Queens, filed a case against developers to return their deposits. The suit, which was filed in the Brooklyn federal court, could twist the marketing efforts of the development.
The developers, Muss Development and Onex Real Estate Partners, have planned to include about 1,100 flats in six towers. The suit was filed by 67 would-be buyers. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
