NEW YORK CITY-Eric Hadar is negotiating to employ Foster &Partners to design a contemporary tower overlooking Bryant Park onW. 40th St. The new tower will have spaces for residential, hoteland office use.

The Hadar has also inked a deal with CUNY to lease the 50 W.40th St building measuring 91,000 square feet situated betweenFifth and Sixth avenues for 10 years.
