FORT MYERS, FL-J.L. Wallace Inc. has finished construction of a53,549-square-foot two-story concrete structure, the Water FieldOperations Center Warehouse situated in Cocoa. The City of CocoaUtilities Division will use the facility for its communicationsheadquarters.
The first floor of the building measuring 46,288 square feetwill have shop and warehouse space and the second floor measuring7,261 square feet will be used by offices. Architects inAssociation Rood and Zwick, Inc. designed the building. Forthe full story, go to Florida Real EstateJournal.
