CHICAGO-The publisher of Ebony and Jet magazines, Johnson Publishing Co. Inc. has sold its 40-year-old home situated on Michigan Avenue. The publisher has sold the 820 S. Michigan building, an 11-story, 110,000-square-foot property, to Columbia College Chicago.
The building along with a parking garage located at 801 S. Wabash was traded for $8 million, sources said. The publisher is also planning to lease the building for 18 months until it moves to a new location. For the full story, go to Chicago Sun Times.
