CHICAGO-The publisher of Ebony and Jet magazines, JohnsonPublishing Co. Inc. has sold its 40-year-old home situated onMichigan Avenue. The publisher has sold the 820 S. Michiganbuilding, an 11-story, 110,000-square-foot property, to ColumbiaCollege Chicago.
The building along with a parking garage located at 801 S.Wabash was traded for $8 million, sources said. The publisher isalso planning to lease the building for 18 months until it moves toa new location. For the full story, go to Chicago Sun Times.
