NEW YORK CITY-Natixis, a France-based money manager, is about to sign a lease deal to occupy 3rd, 4th and 5th floors in 1251 Ave. of the Americas. The firm, which currently occupies offices in 1345 Ave. of the Americas and 9 W. 57th St., is leasing 180,000 square feet from Mitsui Fudosan.
