
NEW YORK CITY-SS & C Technologies, a Nasdaq-listed company, is doubling its space at 675 Third Ave. situated on the northeast corner of E. 42nd St. The firm, which currently occupies 14th and 15th floors, will move into the 12th and 14th through 17th floors.
SS&C has leased 50,000 square feet from Durst Building. The asking rent for the space was $52 per square foot. Colliers International represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation in the transaction.For the full story, go to New York Post.
