LA MIRADA, CA-Specialty chemical products distributor E.T. Hornhas signed a 15-year, 125,000-square-foot lease at 16050 CanaryAve. that is the largest industrial lease in the Mid-Cities marketthis year, according to NAI Capital. Senior vice president DougWubbena in NAI's Newport Beach, CA office, who represented E.T.Horn in its lease, says that the lease represents an expansion ofHorn's industrial space as well as a 15,000-square-foot expansionof office area for the E.T. Horn headquarters.

E.T. Horn company president Jeff Martin says that the newproperty will benefit its customers by affording the company "evengreater flexibility in regional service to customers." E.T. Hornintends to occupy and manage key operations within its expandedindustrial campus after it completes a major tenant improvementbuild-out during the first quarter of 2011.

Horn's lease is with building owner Mirada Enterprises. Thelisting agent for the property is Rick McGeagh of the Torranceoffice of CB Richard Ellis.
