DAVIE, FL-The joint venture between Carlisle Development Group Broward County Housing Authority has commenced the construction of a $33 million townhouse development called East Village.
The 155-unit project for families with low earnings is situated at 7481 NW 33rd Street in Davie. The average size of the East Village units is more than 1,000 square feet.
