CHICAGO-A legal fight has burst out between developer Laurance Freed and his partner over a shopping center situated in Schaumburg. A lawsuit filed by Kimco Realty Corp.'s two subsidiaries has said that ventures managed by Mr. Freed has deviated $10 million in an improper way from the Streets of Woodfield mall between 2007 and 2010.
