CHICAGO-A legal fight has burst out between developer LauranceFreed and his partner over a shopping center situated inSchaumburg. A lawsuit filed by Kimco Realty Corp.'s twosubsidiaries has said that ventures managed by Mr. Freed hasdeviated $10 million in an improper way from the Streets ofWoodfield mall between 2007 and 2010.
