MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has negotiated a lease deal for an industrial building in south Orlando. Miamisburg, Ohio-based Dayton Superior Corporation has leased a freestanding building measuring 11,400 square feet in the Atlas Commerce Park off Tradeport Drive at 11176 Boggy Creek Road from Paul R. Straubinger, LLC c/o Straubcos, LLC for eight years.
