BOSTON-Boston developer Steve Samuels is nearing a deal to acquire the Landmark Center office and retail complex situated near Fenway Park from Abbey Group for $530 million. Buying Landmark Center, a 1.5 million-square-foot property, would be the biggest deal for the developer.
