Throughout the year, the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID) offers free, guided walking tours to real estate, investment, lending and development professionals, business owners and other potential investors, showcasing Downtown's remarkable renaissance and opportunities for economic development and growth.
From the opening of L.A. LIVE to treasured landmarks such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, STAPLES Center, and the Cathedral of our Lady of the Angels, to innovative nightlife, key office spaces and stunning residential developments, Downtown L.A. is the premier place to do business.
The walking tour features properties and discusses areas such as office space, retail and restaurant, and commercial and housing development.
