Godiva Chocolatier has taken 42,290 square feet for its North American headquarters, in a 15-year deal at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 333 W. 34th St. Along with a 17,503-square-foot expansion by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority which brings the agency’s commitment to 130,443 square feet, the Godiva deal means the office portion of the 349,896-square-foot  property is 100% occupied. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Tara Stacom, Paul Glickman, Mitti Lieberson, Alexander Chudnoff and Diana Biasotti represented SL Green in both transactions.
