Godiva Chocolatier has taken 42,290 square feet for its North American headquarters, in a 15-year deal at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 333 W. 34th St. Along with a 17,503-square-foot expansion by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority which brings the agency’s commitment to 130,443 square feet, the Godiva deal means the office portion of the 349,896-square-foot  property is 100% occupied. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Tara Stacom, Paul Glickman, Mitti Lieberson, Alexander Chudnoff and Diana Biasotti represented SL Green in both transactions. On the Godiva lease, Howard Grufferman and Joel Wechsler of Grubb & Ellis, Inc. acted on behalf of the tenant. C&W’s Josh Kuriloff, Rob Lowe and Maureen Kelly represented the MTA in its transaction.

At 500 Park Ave., investment advisor Solar Capital Partners LLC. signed a 10-year lease for 19,684 square feet. The building owner, PPF OFF 500 Park Avenue LLC, was represented by Frank Doyle, David Kleiner, senior vice president and Alexis Tenerall, all with Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York office. The tenant was represented by Jim Coleman and Steven Kaufman with Hanley Advisors.
