Godiva Chocolatier has taken 42,290 square feet for its NorthAmerican headquarters, in a 15-year deal at SL Green Realty Corp.’s333 W. 34th St. Along with a 17,503-square-foot expansion by theMetropolitan Transportation Authority which brings the agency’scommitment to 130,443 square feet, the Godiva deal means the officeportion of the 349,896-square-foot property is 100% occupied.A Cushman & Wakefield team of Tara Stacom, Paul Glickman, MittiLieberson, Alexander Chudnoff and Diana Biasotti represented SLGreen in both transactions. On the Godiva lease, Howard Gruffermanand Joel Wechsler of Grubb & Ellis, Inc. acted on behalf of thetenant. C&W’s Josh Kuriloff, Rob Lowe and Maureen Kellyrepresented the MTA in its transaction.

At 500 Park Ave., investment advisor Solar Capital Partners LLC.signed a 10-year lease for 19,684 square feet. The building owner,PPF OFF 500 Park Avenue LLC, was represented by Frank Doyle, DavidKleiner, senior vice president and Alexis Tenerall, all with JonesLang LaSalle’s New York office. The tenant was represented by JimColeman and Steven Kaufman with Hanley Advisors.
