JACKSONVILLE, FL-The state of Florida has sanctioned land use permission to TerraPointe LLC, a subsidiary of Rayonier, for its Crawford Diamond Industrial Park spanning 1,800 acres in Nassau County.

The dual-rail access property situated 16 miles northwest of Jacksonville is sanctioned for up to 5 million square feet of industrial site use, which will comprise assembly, production, a logistics center and distribution and warehousing. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
