COSTA MESA, CA-Newport Beach-based real estate firm Irvine Co. is all set to acquire Pacific Arts Plaza, an eight-tower office complex in Costa Mesa. The 787,000-square-foot office complex on Anton Boulevard near the San Diego Freeway could fetch more than $200 million.
The asset has been under the receivership of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. since March 2010. Maguire Properties Inc. had lost the property when it defaulted on a $270 million mortgage on the asset. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
