NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Marshall Property & Development LLC is planning to renovate two Newport Beach towers totaling nearly 50,000 square feet into a mix of high-end townhouses, penthouses, shops and offices.
The first of the two towers to be redeveloped will be the five-floor, 21,000-square-foot office tower at 3388 Via Lido. Construction is anticipated to commence in Q1 2011.
