INDIANAPOLIS-Browning Investments has received approval from a hearing examiner this month on its new retail plan. The firm has planned to construct a retail and office building measuring 9,000 square feet at 1851 W. 86th St., located next to the campus of St. Vincent Hospital.

The one-story building, which received approval, could comprise medical or general offices and an eatery with outdoor seating arrangements. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
