CARLSBAD, CA-Bank of America has completed the sales of three Carlsbad industrial properties for $3.4 million. The lots 10, 11, and 12 totaling 8.2 acres were located on Palomar Airport Road between El Fuerte and Gateway Road.
The Roncelli Family Trust has acquired the lot 10 and The Weeks Group has bought the lots 11 and 12. Aric Starck and Dennis Visser of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the bank in the deal. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
