PHOENIX-A team of multifamily experts from Marcus &Millichap has joined CB Richard Ellis’ local office to lead itsMulti-Housing Private Client Group. Brian Smuckler, Jeff Seaman andRyan Melkus will focus on multifamily deals smaller than $10million.
Smuckler joins CBRE as a senior vice president and will lead theteam, while Seaman joins as senior associate. Melkus will serve asa client services specialist.
