DALLAS-Lang Partners, a Dallas-based apartment developer, has started the construction of an urban-design rental complex on Zang Boulevard in North Oak Cliff. The $30-million, five-floor apartment community will feature 260 rental units and retail and commercial space on the ground floor.
JHP Architecture is the designer of the development, which is scheduled for completion next summer. Lang Partners has plans to develop an apartment complex in the cultural district west of downtown Fort Worth. Construction is anticipated to commence in 2011.
