INDIANAPOLIS-Scottsdale, AZ-based Pei Wei Asian Diner chain isplanning to open a new eatery at Glendale Shopping Center. Therestaurant chain, which offers variety of foods from Asiancountries, has registered a building permit to construct an eateryat 6159 N. Keystone Ave.
