GRANADA HILLS, CA-Retailer Sprouts Farmers Market has signed a 10-year lease for 25,000 square feet at the 224,783-square-foot Granada Village, a shopping center situated in Granada Hills.
Regency Centers is the owner of the center. The retailer will open its store in the new location in 2011 fall. In the deal, Ryan Sullivan of Western Retail Advisors represented the retailer, while Scott Burns of Wilson Commercial Real Estate represented the owner.
