ARI-Chesapeake Park Plaza LLC is the owner of the building. In the deal, Kevin Farrell, Deborah Hunkeler and Jay Arnett of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Scott Kincaid, Jeb Bakke, Laura Bonnett and Tyler Gossett of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner.
