Zurich Surpasses London, Paris in Retail Rates

ZURICH-The city’s Bahnhofstrasse has the highest rates in Europe, at $942 per square foot, ranking it third in the world after Hong Kong and New York City, according to Location Group

ZURICH-The most sought-after European retail locations are in Switzerland, with highest retail rents in Zurich, which in the city’s prestigious Bahnhofstrasse have reached $942 per square foot per month, according to Swiss consultant and developer Location Group.

Retail rents in Bahnhofstrasse makes Zurich the third most expensive place for retail in the world after New York and Hong Kong. It has thus surpassed Paris’ Champs-Elys
