NEW YORK CITY-F.Y. Health and Beauty Spa has inked a lease deal for 10 years with the Kaufman Organization for 1,200 square feet of salon space at 519 Eighth Ave. The asking rent for the space was in the low $60s range.
This is the third salon for F.Y. Health and Beauty Spa in Manhattan. The new salon is expected to be open in two or three months. The Kaufman Organization represented the tenant and had in-house representation in the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
